The villa was designed by a renowned architect with his full attention and care to integrate it to natural environment and be functional, comfortable and in aesthetic simplicity. It is referred as one of the nicest modern houses of Syros.
The villa’s environment is sound, strictly natural and decent, surrounded by pines, sunny hills, orchards and aromatic herbs, overlooking the sea and the nearby islands of Mykonos and Delos. It is situated on the provincial road connecting Chroussa with Vari Beach, across the beauriful Byzantine Church of Virgin Mary, 2klm from the seashore and the little marina. The windows, the doors and the terraces keep direct sight and contact with the tranquil environment, the orchard of 3000m2 and the nearby hills, while the spacious terrace overlooking the hills and the sea is cool even during the hottest day of summer, offering freshness for an enjoyable ouzo or dinner.
The Villa's friendly guesthouse, has a total area of 65m2 and it is surrounded by terraces and gardens. It has two bedrooms (one double and the other twin), a sitting room, a kitchenette and a complete bathroom with a shower. The mezzanine above the sitting room sleeps a further two young kids. An outdoor shower is also available. The house is equipped with TV, HiFi, coffee and tea appliances, hairdryer, fans and bath cosmetics, refrigerator and household utensils, also iron and washing machine available. Every cavity is covered with protective nets to keep insects out of the house.
The guests can enjoy access to all the villa’s terraces, the garden and the barbeque area. You can also pick organic fruits from the garden for free, and enjoy the use of a washing machine and dryer, hairdryer, coffee machine, fan and microwave, amongst other amenities.
The villa is family friendly and pet friendly. The owner lives next door, ready to offer information on anything which can make your vacation enjoyable. Many fish taverns, bakery, mini markets, local products and café in a 25 min walk away. Cleaning service, babysitting, hairdressing etc. only on request.
